The flood warning service is at awareness level yellow. The meteorological situation is indicating a potential risk of floods, be prepared. Update by change of situation.
Water levels on the Moselle continue to rise and will exceed the ‘Cote de vigilance jaune’ of 530 cm at the Stadtbredimus gauge (Remich: 452 cm) on Friday evening. Highest levels will situate around the level of 550 cm – 560 cm at the Stadtbredimus gauge on Saturday evening. On Sunday water levels will fall again and pass under the level of the ‘Cote de vigilance jaune’ during the day.
